Joseph Misk

Joseph Misk is our senior real estate attorney. He specializes in residential and commercial transactional real estate, commercial leasing and creative financing solutions for real estate investors/developers. Gerard Misk
Partner
Gerard Misk is a trial attorney with twenty years of experience handling all types of personal injury, products liability and medical malpractice cases. He handles all of our injured clients’ cases from inception through trial and appeal if necessary. His personal attention to every matter is what sets him apart from other attorneys.
Joseph Gillette
Partner
Joseph Gillette is a seasoned litigator with over 25 years experience in all facets of general practice. He works primarily in the commercial and real estate litigation department and as part of the firm’s real estate transactional team.
Joseph also handles the firm’s criminal practice and has successfully defended misdemeanor and felony matters in both State and Federal Court.
Christopher Clarke

Mr. Clarke began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in The Bronx as a member of the prestigious Rackets Bureau. As Mr. Clarke expanded his civil litigation practice, he maintained that tough nosed and result oriented philosophy that dominated his career as a prosecutor. For more than a decade, Mr. Clarke has focused primarily in the area of commercial litigation, representing real estate developers, brokers, lenders, contractors and virtually every other player in the New York commercial real estate world. Mr. Clarke has developed a pristine reputation for his work and enjoyed considerable success at both the trial and appellate level. Mr. Clarke is known as the kind of litigator that sets out from day one to get the very best result for his clients. He will not be satisfied with anything less. His track record proves it.
Peter Young
Associate
Peter Young is a real estate and litigation attorney committed to his clients. Peter provides exceptional and honest service to sellers, purchasers, developers and private lenders with residential and commercial real estate transactions including condominiums and co-operatives across New York.
Peter graduated from New York University with a degree in economics, he went on to earn a J.D. from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. After law school he has practiced in Real Estate his entire career. Peter has also represented institutional lenders in connection with acquisition and refinance loans. Currently, he also participates in seminars for 1st time homebuyers and is an active member in his local business community.
Anthony Jackson
Associate
Anthony Jackson focuses his practice on litigation. Prior to joining Ginsburg & Misk, Anthony served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Wilma A. Lewis in the District Court of the United States Virgin Islands. He assists in all aspects of the firm’s litigation practice, including commercial and real estate litigation.
